Dra. Marcela M Marques (CRM 12807/DF) is a neonatologist and pediatric intensivist with more than 20 years of experience in neonatal and pediatric intensive care. She trained in Medicine at the Federal University of Roraima (UFRR), with residencies in Pediatrics (RQE 13561) and Pediatric Intensive Care (RQE 8476) at Hospital Materno Infantil de Brasília (HMIB).

She works as a routine physician, coordinator and attending in the Neonatal ICU at Hospital Anchieta Ceilândia (Brasília, Brazil), defining clinical protocols, therapeutic targets and coordinating multidisciplinary teams in the care of critically ill newborns. She is also an occupational medicine specialist certified by ANAMT (RQE 21218) and a published author.

She is the founder, medical director and technical lead of NeoFast, a neonatal prescribing tool that turns clinical protocols and the medical literature into precise, zero-error bedside calculations.
